Meet @ Door is a local marketplace. You order from participating butchers and sellers; they prepare your items; delivery is arranged to your address in an active service area. Meet @ Door does not hold a single shared meat inventory for every store.
Ordering step by step
Choose a seller — Browse participating stores and their catalogues.
Add products — Fixed, pack, and per-kilogram items may be available depending on the seller. Adding to cart does not reserve stock.
Optionally shop more than one butcher — One cart can include products from multiple participating sellers. Fees may include an extra pickup charge per additional butcher.
Checkout — Confirm address eligibility, review fees, and pay. Inventory reservation begins during checkout / order placement — not when you first tap Add.
Seller prepares — Each seller packs their portion of the order, including packed weights for per-kilogram lines.
Delivery — A delivery partner collects from seller pickups and brings the order to your door. Be available to receive it.
Track — Use your private order tracking link after placing an order.
Who prepares the meat?
The participating seller listed on each product prepares that item. Meet @ Door coordinates ordering, payment, and delivery — it is not a single physical butcher holding all catalogue stock.
Halal information
Only sellers that pass Meet @ Door admin verification are marked Halal verified. Seller claims alone are not shown as verified. Meet @ Door does not infer verification from suburb names or product titles.
If a product becomes unavailable
Product pages show current catalogue availability. Because cart add does not reserve stock, availability is checked again at checkout. If an item cannot be reserved, checkout blocks or flags it before payment completes.

How does variable-weight meat work?
Per-kilogram products are priced by weight. An estimated weight may be used when you order; the butcher records the packed weight, and the final merchandise total follows that packed quantity under Meet @ Door’s payment rules. Variable-weight guide
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated from Meet @ Door’s current platform settings at checkout (base fee for the first butcher, plus an additional fee per extra unique butcher when applicable). Small-order fees may also apply below a merchandise threshold. See fees
Is there a minimum order?

What happens if something becomes unavailable?
Catalogue availability is shown on product pages, but adding to cart does not reserve stock. Stock is checked again during checkout. If an item cannot be fulfilled, it will be blocked or flagged before payment completes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After you place an order you can open the order tracking page for that order. Tracking pages are private to the order and are not indexed for search.
