Delivery and fees

Current fee rules

• Base delivery fee for the first participating butcher: $5.99.
• Additional delivery fee for each extra unique butcher in the same order: $3.00.
• A small-order fee of $2.99 applies when merchandise is below $29.99 (before item discounts and delivery).
• Target delivery window guidance shown in the app is about 30–60 minutes when ASAP is available — this is a target range, not a guarantee.
• Exact fees for your cart are calculated at checkout from these platform settings. Adding items to cart does not lock fees until checkout quote.
• There is no separate platform-wide merchandise minimum beyond the small-order fee threshold above, unless an individual seller shows a minimum on their store.

Multi-butcher orders

You can include products from more than one participating seller in a single cart. Delivery fee uses a base fee for the first butcher plus the additional butcher fee for each extra unique seller. Pickup and delivery timing depend on operational routing — this page does not promise a single combined arrival time.

When fees become visible

Cart and checkout show the calculated delivery fee, any small-order fee, and promotions or free-delivery entitlements that apply to your account. Address eligibility is confirmed when you set a delivery address inside an active zone.
